How We Make Money
Last updated: April 2026
Affiliate commissions
RxPickr is a free comparison tool. We earn revenue through affiliate commissions — when you click a provider link on this site and complete a purchase or sign up, the provider may pay us a referral fee. This is how most comparison and review sites are funded, including well-known platforms like NerdWallet and Wirecutter.
Not every provider we list has an affiliate relationship with us. We include providers based on their relevance to users, not on whether they pay us.
How commissions affect our recommendations
They don't. Our quiz scoring engine ranks providers based on how well they match your stated needs — budget, insurance status, medication preference, and other factors. Commission rates are not an input into that ranking. A provider with a higher commission rate does not rank higher than one with a lower rate or no affiliate relationship.
We disclose affiliate relationships on every page that contains provider links, near the top of the page, so you always know before you click.
How we research and verify providers
Provider information — pricing, state availability, medication types, and features — is researched from public sources including provider websites, FDA databases, and published clinical information. Each entry includes a Last Verified date. We update provider data when we become aware of changes, but prices and availability can change without notice. Always verify current details directly with the provider before purchasing.
Editorial independence
RxPickr content is produced by our editorial team. Providers do not pay for placement, reviews, or editorial coverage. Pros and cons are assessed independently. If a provider has significant downsides, we say so.
Medical expertise
RxPickr is a comparison and information platform, not a medical provider. Although we do our best to summarize clinical information accurately, we are not acting as your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist, and we do not know the specifics of your individual health history, medications, or circumstances.
Nothing on this site should be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any prescription medication. If you have questions about whether a specific treatment is right for you, your provider is the right person to ask — not a comparison website.
